Our Annual Sale is in full swing it’s the perfect time to have some fun with your correspondence! If you’re familiar with our sale, you know the drill: a new one-line name plate, 100 engraved cards and plain envelopes.

You don’t have to stop there though! Yes, added finishings are an additional cost, but with engraving and a complimentary plate, now is the perfect time to think outside the box and design something really special.

We’ve come up with a few inspirational ideas to get your creative juices flowing…

 

PLAY WITH TRACKING

A modern font like Futura looks so chic when the letters are tracked out across the top of a card. We love it in simple black in all caps, but there are so many ways to play around with this and (no pun intended) push the envelope.

 

SIZING THINGS UP

Is there anything more elegant than English Script on ecru paper? A true classic. We’ve flipped things around – literally – with a vertical card and an oversized single letter in the top left corner. Cranberry makes it playful, while the matching lining and painted edge keeps it coordinated.

 

MIX ‘N’ MATCH

Just because we call it a name plate doesn’t mean you actually have to get your name! If you have a favorite phrase, initials, quote…put it on your paper! The sale is also a great opportunity to have some fun with color. Yes, we offer our engraving in a select number of colors during the sale, but you can finish your pieces in any of our ink colors offered. Can’t decide between two? Design something that has them both!

 

GOING OFF SCRIPT

One of my favorite things to do is mix typestyles. A really interesting way to do this during our sale is upgrade to a return address and mix your name plate typestyle with another one altogether. Visually, it’s so interesting, and it gives your stationery a really unique feeling.

 

CLASSIC WITH A TWIST

There’s nothing more timeless than white paper with Regent ink. The all lowercase font and adding “a note from” is a fun twist on tradition.
